Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: Norwich or London based (50% hybrid working)

Full-time, flexible options available

Salary: circa £65,000 (Norwich) - circa £75,000 (London)

You might be an experienced finance professional or a qualified accountant with a background in business or economics. If youre confident influencing at senior levels, love solving complex problems, and want to shape how we manage performance across two major entities, this role is for you.

Please note that relevant experience in the insurance industry is essential to be successful in this role.

A bit about the job:

This role leads on improving performance across the E2E category performance. Youll work across Finance, Claims, and pricing/underwriting to understand how performance is tracked and how we can improve it. Youll design and embed a performance rhythm that aligns with Avivas ways of working. Youll also help prioritise initiatives and shape the future of our performance framework. Its a strategic role with real impact - helping us deliver for customers today and plan for tomorrow.

Skills and experience were looking for:

• Strong commercial awareness and influencing skills
• Proven track record of building strong relationships & establishing rapport with new stakeholders quickly
• Ability to bring others with you as you drive performance
• Strong communication skills, across written & verbal mediums
• Insurance industry experience required
