Package: £45,000 - £50,000 

As an SEO & Web Manager at Konica Minolta, you will take full ownership of our SEO strategy and website performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only thinks strategically but also delivers - someone who knows what needs to be done and gets on with it, with minimal supervision. Youll be responsible for increasing our digital visibility, generating quality leads, and driving revenue through organic channels. Youll manage and optimise our website to ensure high performance and a great user experience that converts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and isnt afraid to bring new ideas to the table - and execute them quickly.

What you can expect from our hiring process?

Stage 1📲 Screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team and a chance to get to know you better.

Stage 2💻30 minute Teams chat with the Hiring Manager

Stage 3💻 1 hour interview with the Hiring Manager, which will include a task and competency based questions

Stage 4💻 30 minute Teams chat with 2 members of the marketing team

Stage 5👏Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to make an offer and should you accept our HR operations team will take care of you from there on in.

We would love to hear from people who ...

 4+ years experience in a similar SEO/Web Manager role (B2B preferred, B2C considered).

Hands-on, proactive mindset - able to work independently with minimal guidance.

 Proven success in driving organic traffic and converting it into leads and revenue.

Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience conducting and actioning audits.

 Advanced use of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

High proficiency in web analytics (e.g., GA4), with the ability to analyse and interpret data.

Experience publishing and optimising content via CMS platforms.

Familiar with CRO tools, UX optimisation and A/B testing.

Blog/content strategy development experience.

Basic understanding of HTML and web structures.

Collaborative, with strong communication and project management skills

Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
