From residents to government bodies and industry professionals, youll be at the heart of leading the implementation, continuous improvement and delivery of the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.What youll be doing:Being the responsible person for the design and implementation of Southerns Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy and support stakeholder management activities associated with the Building Safety Transformation Programme.Collaborating with Project Leads and Heads of Service to design and deliver internal building safety communications and events, fostering a culture of safety awareness across the organisation.Planning and executing engaging, building-specific events like town halls, focus groups, and community forums to strengthen the journey of our residents and enhance asset life.Embedding and monitoring effectiveness of stakeholder engagement methods, supported by processes and KPIs.Proactive monitoring of external political, regulatory and industry developments in the built environment to inform knowledge share and stakeholder management.Why join us?This is your opportunity to influence meaningful change, drive safety culture, and play a pivotal role in delivering our building and fire safety goals.
