Stonemason
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stonemason for a temporary 8-10 week assignment in Edinburgh City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a heritage restoration project in one of the citys most iconic locations.
Pay & Benefits:
- £20.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temporary assignment lasting 8-10 weeks

- Work on a historic and high-profile restoration site
- Performing all aspects of stonemasonry, including shaping, dressing, and laying stone
- Restoring and conserving existing stonework on listed buildings
- Interpreting technical drawings and following detailed specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Liaising with site supervisors and heritage professionals to ensure quality standards
- Proven experience as a stonemason
- Skilled in both traditional and modern stonemasonry techniques
- Experience with heritage or conservation projects is preferred
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
