About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education. Your role will be pivotal in assisting students academic progress, helping to manage classroom activities, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery

• Assisting individual students or small groups with learning activities

• Helping to manage student behavior and ensure a safe, productive classroom atmosphere

• Providing administrative support such as marking, record-keeping, and resource management

• Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their full potential

• Supporting students with additional learning needs or disabilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience or strong interest in education and child development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with young people

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from teaching staff

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are advantageous but not essential
