What Youll Be DoingRespond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions

Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
