Role: Technical Team Manager Location: Bracknell
Salary: Up to £48,000
Were hiring an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead a multi-tier IT support team (1st, 2nd, 3rd Line). Youll oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and ensure high service standards through effective leadership and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage day-to-day service desk operations and team performance

Monitor and meet SLAs/KPIs

Drive incident, change, and release management
-
Develop automation workflows using ITSM tools

Coordinate patching, software deployments, and reporting
-
Mentor and develop team members
-
Proven leadership in IT support environments

Hands-on knowledge of:

VMware/Horizon
-
Microsoft Server 2019
-
Cisco/Juniper networking
-
Active Directory, Exchange
-
Trellix/Trend security tools
-
ITIL-based processes
-
-
Windows 10, SharePoint, Linux, MDM (Avanti)

Experience with SCOM, SQL, ePo, Excel

Understanding of PDR/JSPs
