About the Role

With an immediate start date available, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the success of a growing business. Supporting the smooth running of the office and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling insurance enquiries
• Processing policy changes
• Setting up new policies and handling sales-related tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates drive, energy, and enthusiasm in delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintains a proactive and enthusiastic ‘can-do attitude
• Possesses a confident personality and enjoys working within a team environment
• Shows initiative and is eager to learn
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Is comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365
• Holds a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
• Has a full UK Driving Licence

• Full training on all IT systems
• Training and support to obtain initial product licences
• Ongoing training to become fully licensed in both personal and commercial products
• Opportunity to pursue Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification
