Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.?????????????An excellent opportunity to join a growing Lloyds syndicate to manage the Underwriting Support teamProviding management information, insights and portfolio ReportingSupporting the development of the Syndicate underwriting operations processes and procedures to enhance efficienciesSupporting the CUO in the reporting and analysis of the Syndicate Underwriting portfolio, working with various departmentsManaging the Syndicate PMD returns process and relevant regulatory returns, working with IT and the CUODeveloping and implementing Syndicate underwriting controls monitoringWorking with the CUO and Risk Management in the implementation of the underwriting and risk and controls frameworkContributing to the collation and escalation of Syndicate internal and external auditsExperience and skills required:Proven experience of working in the Lloyds insurance marketStrong people and communication skillsExperience of using MS Office including Business Intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI etc)The ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders of all levelsThe ability to analyse and resolve queries, leading to enhanced processesThe ability to share key knowledge with the teamExcellent organisational skillsAdditional Information:???????The company has a hybrid working arrangementAn excellent benefits packageOur client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process.
