We are now looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our dynamic Advisory team on a fixed-term basis through to September 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior compliance professional who thrives on variety, enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and wants to play a key role in shaping business decisions within a highly regulated financial services environment.
The Compliance Advisory team plays a critical role in safeguarding and enabling the wider business to deliver its strategic objectives in a compliant, risk-aware and customer-focused way.
Acting as a Business Partner, youll report directly to the Head of Compliance, and will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, supporting complex regulatory matters, providing strategic compliance guidance and helping ensure the business continues to operate to the highest regulatory standards.
No two days are the same. The team oversees all aspects of conduct regulation across two regulated firms and three Appointed Representatives, creating an environment that is fast-paced, intellectually stimulating and highly collaborative.
We work in a hybrid way at Saga, both at home and in the office. This role offers significant flexibility, with the team typically coming together in person at least once per month for collaboration in either London or Folkestone.
