Job Description Can you imagine creating a retail experience to inspire the builders of tomorrow? Just imagine a retail role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You’ll see to that. Because you’ll share the creativity and imagination that brings them to us. And you’ll be part of the reason they come back – time and again.

What will I do? Let’s start with the basics: you’ll make sure our customers get everything they expect from their visit. A warm welcome, great product insights, and a store environment that shows them our belief that nothing, but the best will do.

Role at a glance: Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%).

Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.

Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow? Our stores welcome everyone, and as a Sales Associate, it’s important you reflect this. Who you are makes all the difference.

We are looking for:

  • Passion, energy, and a sincere dedication to engage with minds that are hungry to learn.
  • Great communication skills to connect effectively with team members and guests of all ages.
  • Knowing your way around a retail environment is a big plus, but we are ready to invest in your training if you have the right attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, to support the team when the business needs it most.

Join our LEGO® Brand Retail team! Share our dedication to providing an active, hands-on experience that encourages imagination and creativity through in-store play.

What’s in it for you?
  • Family Care Leave - We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.
  • Insurances – All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.
  • Wellbeing - We want our people to feel well and thrive. We offer resources and benefits to nurture physical and mental wellbeing along with opportunities to build community and inspire creativity.
  • Colleague Discount – We know you'll love to build, so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.
  • Bonus - We do our best work to succeed together. When goals are reached and if eligible, you'll be rewarded through our bonus scheme.
  • Workplace - When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
