At the National Trust, caring for Northern Ireland's special places takes teamwork. Our Business Services Co-ordinators play avital role in that effort, providing professional administrative and business support that enables colleagues across our places and portfolios to thrive.
We're recruiting for two Business Services Co-ordinator roles: one permanent position and one fixed-term position until March 2028, based in Rowallane.
Join a collaborative team, build strong relationships across the organisation, and play an important part in delivering great outcomes for people, places and nature.
You'll work 20 hours per week. We're flexible on the working pattern. You'll generally work within our standard business hours, but specific days and working times can be agreed to meet business needs and your circumstances.
Internally you'll be known as a Business Services Co-ordinator (office based).
What it's like to work here
You'll be joining a small, supportive team of Business Services professionals who work closely together while supporting a wide range of departments and locations.
Reporting to the Business Services Lead, you'll work alongside colleagues across Northern Ireland, collaborating with property, regional and national teams to help deliver effective services and support organisational priorities. No two days are the same, and you'll be supported to develop your skills, grow your confidence and take on new challenges as part of a supportive team.

What you'll be doing
This is a busy place, there's a lot going on and you'll find that no two days are the same.
Generally, you'll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.
Your contractual location will be Rowallane House and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You'll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
You'll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there's a better way of doing something.

- experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
- good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
- able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
- flexible and focused on people
- happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
