Project Manager - Retaining Walls
Salary and Package
Circa 55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus fully expensed company vehicle, 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, all business travel expenses covered, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location
Burntwood, Staffordshire, with travel to sites across the UK. Applicants should be able to commute to the office as this is an internal and external role.
Full-time, Permanent Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of multiple specialist civil engineering and environmental projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of retaining wall, groundworks, erosion control and hydroseeding schemes from pre-construction through to completion. The Project Manager role offers a varied workload, working closely with technical, commercial and operational teams. If you have experience delivering groundworks, geotechnical or civil engineering projects, this Project Manager position offers long-term stability and genuine responsibility.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and site teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing civil engineering, groundworks, retaining wall, earthworks or geotechnical projects. Strong planning, communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple live projects at the same time. A full UK driving licence is required.
