The Function & TeamThe Legal team provides clear, pragmatic advice that supports Triple Point's ambitions and protects its interests. Working in close partnership with investment, finance, risk and operational teams, the team enables commercially sound decision-making while ensuring appropriate governance and risk management.
Role SummaryAs Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted adviser to Triple Point's Private Credit business. You will play a central role in structuring, negotiating and executing a broad range of lending and financing transactions. Working closely with Origination, Credit, Portfolio Management, Finance and senior stakeholders, you will provide commercially focused legal advice that enables informed investment decisions, protects investor capital and supports the continued growth of Private Credit.
The role provides exposure across SME Debt Finance, Corporate Lending, Property Development Finance, Specialty Finance and Funds Finance, supporting new originations, refinancings, restructurings and portfolio management throughout the lending lifecycle.
