At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a NPD Process Manager to sucessfully transfer recipes from kitchen to the factory, ensuring that they meet agreed customer specifications through an efficient manufacturing process. As a NPD Process Manager you will manage the process team to ensure high quality products are taken through from concept to launch.

Shift Pattern; Monday to Friday 08:00am-16:30pm

What you will do;

• Oversee and improve operational processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity
• Manage the process team to a high standard providing necessary support and training.
• Lead key customer visits, leading the NPD processes alongside production and the technical process team
• Communicate with key customers keeping them up to date throughout the process
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation from handover to launch alongside the process team

• Deal with numerous projects, taking them from concept to launch in accordance with strict critical path with all associated documentation.
• Take responsibility for short term or long-term projects as required.

• Completion of documentation and recipe record keeping on recipe system.

What we need from you;

• Third level food science / technology or food related qualification
• NPD experience within food manufacturing
• IT literate proficient in MS packages
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Analytical approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High level of both verbal and written English
