This Legal 500 firm has a thriving Dispute Resolution department in Sussex and, due to continued growth, is looking for an additional Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor in Hove. Known for their commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, we specialise in various sectors, with a strong reputation in Insolvency and Restructuring.
They are now seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor (likely 2+ PQE with no upper limit) to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Insolvency Solicitor to work within a leading law firm, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising and representing clients (both individuals and businesses) on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring matters, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
Providing legal counsel on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency issues.
Collaborating with insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Handling complex restructuring cases, working closely with clients to guide them through the process and develop effective solutions.
Drafting and negotiating documents related to insolvency and restructuring.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
