• Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Up to £40,000 base + monthly commission + quarterly bonuses

• Altrincham | Hybrid 3 days in-office

Typically partnering with early stage funded start-ups to support growth across technical teams, from Engineers through to CTO level. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you'll be expected to:

• Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
• Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
• Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients

You Will Need:

• 2-5 years experience in a 360 role, with strong work winning capabilities
• Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
• A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
• A strong work ethic, with self-motivation in spades
• Experience recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients would be beneficial
