Project Coordinator Location: UK & Ireland (office and site-based as required) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (Irish Payroll) The Role Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support site operations while working closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor. This is a key support role ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards across UK and Irish sites (not limited to Data Centres). The successful candidate will play an essential part in maintaining organisation, communication, and compliance throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor in planning and executing projects. Monitor and maintain project plans to ensure smooth delivery. Report project changes and variations, ensuring accurate documentation and sign-off. Organise, attend and participate in meetings, documenting actions and key decisions. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, requirements, and goals. Manage document control in line with site requirements, including QA documentation (BIM360). Maintain high standards of quality on site and promote a positive site mindset. Ensure Health & Safety expectations are met on all site projects. What Were Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM360 desirable (training provided). NEBOSH General Certificate desirable (training provided if required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills. Adequate knowledge of construction environments. Ability to take ownership and work independently or within a team. Full clean driving licence. Right to Work in both the UK & EU. Whats on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience. Irish payroll. Subsistence allowance when working on site. 20 days annual leave plus statutory public holidays (some pre-allocated for Christmas closure). 4045 hour working week depending on site requirements. Rotation when on site: 2 weeks on, then a weekend off. Workplace Pension (Workers Pension Trust). Life insurance cover for employees.
