This is a permanent, relief position where youll play a meaningful role in supporting our clients and contributing to our mission. This will be a fully flexible role allowing you to work the shifts that work for you.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 12.75 per hour, recognising the value and impact of your work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide keywork support (including acting as Key Worker where required), maintaining accurate client records and using the Langley Client File to review progress and promote independence.
  • Contribute to a safe, well-run service by following medication procedures, supporting participation and client meetings/involvement (including complaints), supporting prospective/former residents, maintaining safe/tidy environments, and participating in rotas and team meetings.
  • Provide personal care as identified in care plans (including supporting with hygiene, dressing, continence care, mobility/moving and handling, and supporting access to health and social care professionals) and keep health-related records and care plans up to date.
  • Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour by using; planning, de-escalation, and knowledge of our clients. Maintain service security and situational/physical safety measures, liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
