What You'll Do
BCGs Vantage Console and Vantage Dashboard Squad builds and supports the digital products that enable Knowledge teams to work more effectively across the firm. As a Global Product Manager, you will help shape and deliver product capabilities that improve workflows, usability, and operational efficiency for teams working across regions and functions.
In this role, you will partner closely with engineers, stakeholders, and product peers to drive delivery from concept through execution. You will operate with a high degree of ownership balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and user needs while helping the squad deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Who You'll Work With
You will work within BCGs Vantage Console and Vantage Dashboard Squad as part of the broader Knowledge and digital product ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, UX partners, QA, product peers, and business stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
You will partner regularly with global Knowledge teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, support delivery decisions, and improve user experiences across core internal platforms. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment that values clear communication, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of outcomes.
