Associate HR Business Partner - Trowbridge, Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Salary: 46,142- 48,226 per annum

Hours per week: 37 hours(1 Permanent contract and 1 fixed term until 31 March 2027)

We have two opportunities to join Wiltshire Council as an Associate HR Business Partner (one permanent, one fixed term until 31st March 2027) to help shape the future of our workforce. Working alongside Strategic HR Business Partners and senior leaders, you'll support the delivery of people strategies that drive organisational success, employee engagement and service improvement.

You'll contribute to workforce planning, organisational design, large-scale transformation programmes, talent management and employee development. From supporting structure reviews and cultural change initiatives, to analysing workforce data and helping shape workforce action and change plans, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative transformative evidence-based solutions.

We're looking for an HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, with experience in areas such as workforce planning, organisational development, training and delivery, talent management, employee engagement and change management. You'll be confident building relationships, influencing stakeholders and supporting change across a complex organisation.
