Are you an experienced rural surveyor looking to take the next step in your career with a highly respected, forward-thinking practice?
Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary surveying firm with an excellent reputation across the South East, is looking for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to play a key role in expanding their valuation offering while building strong, long-term client relationships across the rural and agricultural sector.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team where you’ll take the lead on rural property valuations while providing expert advice across a diverse portfolio. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of work, from farm and land transactions to environmental schemes, while collaborating closely with planning and development specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality valuations of rural and agricultural property
Provide expert advice on compulsory purchase and compensation claims
Support clients with environmental schemes and grant applications
Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry professionals
Work collaboratively with planning and development consultancy teams
Assist with farm and land sales and acquisitions
About You
MRICS qualified (RICS Registered Valuer status advantageous)
Strong experience within rural property and agricultural matters
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
