About The Job

Help protect the data trust behind Graphcore’s next generation AI compute.

Graphcore is growing a global data protection programme that keeps privacy built into everyday work. As Data Protection Coordinator, you will help make that programme clear, dependable and practical. Based in Bristol, you will support the Data Protection Lead across engineering, operations, IT, facilities and corporate functions. Your work will help teams understand obligations, manage risk and respond with confidence. You will coordinate data subject requests, maintain governance records and support risk assessments, supplier reviews and incident investigations. You will also help prepare metrics, audit evidence and privacy awareness activities. You will learn how privacy works in a complex technology business and see how decisions are made, documented and improved across teams building demanding AI systems.

The team and culture

The Quality and Compliance function turns regulation into practical habits teams can use. You will work closely with the Data Protection Lead, with regular input from technical and corporate stakeholders. Work moves through evidence, clear records and timely follow‑up. You will own coordination details that keep requests, reviews and actions moving. Decisions are grounded in risk, facts and shared context. You will be expected to ask questions early, speak up and help teams choose workable routes.
