What Youll Be Doing Youll play a key role in the full product development cyclefrom concept through to productionworking on equipment such as tracked conveyors, hopper feeders, truck unloaders and telescopic stackers. Your responsibilities will include: Developing conceptual and final design solutions for bespoke projects Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, purchasing and service Supporting existing product lines and contributing to new product development Performing engineering analysis including load calculations, stress analysis, hydraulic circuit evaluation and performance assessments Creating and interpreting engineering drawings and standards Ensuring all work aligns with safety, quality and manufacturing best practices What Youll Need Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years experience in equipment design and manufacturing Strong understanding of mechanical, structural, hydraulic and electrical/control systems Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), Microsoft Office and ERP systems Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to design Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills Desired: Experience designing bespoke material handling equipment FEA experience Why This Role Stands Out This is more than just a jobits a long-term career opportunity.
