Hardware Platform Owner to take full accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of user devices.
The Hardware Platform is accountable for delivering a modern device experience that supports flexible, hybrid working and enables productivity from day one. It owns the end-to-end lifecycle of user hardware, from strategic standards and supplier management through to provisioning, refresh, and retirement. The platform focuses on experience-led device design, ensuring equipment is reliable, secure, and aligned to user needs and personas. It drives efficiency and sustainability through lifecycle optimisation, asset intelligence, and streamlined fulfilment, ensuring employees are always equipped to perform at their best.
What youll be doing as a Hardware Platform Owner- Own device lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Define hardware standards and strategy.
- Manage suppliers and vendor performance.
- Ensure secure and reliable device experience.
- Drive sustainability and lifecycle optimisation.
Base location: Clearwater Court
Working pattern: Mon Fri, 9am 5pm
Contract type: Permanent Hybrid
Essential criteria- ITIL Foundation qualification. (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing hardware or device environments.
- Knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.
- Vendor and supplier management experience.
- Ability to define user-focused standards.
Nice-to-haves- Large-scale device refresh experience.
- Sustainable IT asset knowledge.
