Account Director

• Up to £60,000

• London | Hybrid (2 days office-based)

You’ll be joining a globally minded property agency operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity and real-world impact. The Account Director will lead complex brand and placemaking projects end-to-end, acting as the senior client partner while steering teams, commercial performance and delivery across multiple regions.

Role Highlights

– Own projects from kick-off to completion, with clear control of scope, timing and outputs

– Lead senior client relationships and become a trusted advisor across strategy and delivery

– Oversee budgets, forecasting, invoicing and commercial performance of accounts

– Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across regions, balancing utilisation and capability

– Contribute to pitches, proposals and growth initiatives, particularly within the UK market

You Will Need

– 7+ years’ experience in a placemaking, design, brand, advertising or marketing consultancy

– Exposure to commercial real estate, urban development or destination-led projects

– Proven ability to run accounts autonomously, including financial and contractual oversight

– Confidence presenting strategy and creative work to senior, non-creative stakeholders

– The legal right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application
