About BoxBoxd

BoxBoxd is one of the fastest growing apps in motorsport, the app where motorsport audiences rate every Grand Prix, log what they watch and play games around the grid. We are launching a new product line for partners across broadcast circuits and brands. This is a founding commercial hire reporting directly to the founder.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our new partner product, from first conversation to signed contract, then manage and grow those accounts.

You will be the first dedicated salesperson at BoxBoxd, so you will close deals and help build the commercial playbook at the same time. This suits someone who is energised by autonomy and an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation and close
  • Build and qualify a pipeline of partners across broadcast, circuits, agencies and brand teams
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage accounts after the close, covering onboarding, renewals and expansion
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM
  • Represent BoxBoxd at partner meetings and industry events
  • Bring market feedback to the product and founding team

Requirements

  • Four or more years in B2B sales, with at least two in a closing role
  • A track record of meeting or beating quota, with the numbers to back it
  • Experience selling into media, sports, agencies or brands
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills
  • Clear, confident communicator in writing and in person
  • Self-starter who works well with little structure

Preferred

  • An existing network in motorsport, broadcast or sponsorship
  • Experience as an early commercial hire at a startup
  • Exposure to data, audience or measurement products
