We are currently recruiting for a full time Account Manager based in our Preston Head Office. You’ll be working closely with the most important part of our business – our customers.

 

A key part of the role is to manage and develop customer relationships, supporting the Area Sales Managers to achieve monthly targets, drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. As we’re a global bespoke sportswear brand, the role is incredibly varied, but the key focus is on ensuring a seamless customer experience for our UK customers.

 

In this role you’ll be the face and voice of Kukri Sports. This will primarily be from our Head Office, but will also require infrequent face to face partnership management meetings and supporting key customer events.

Job Description:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all new and existing customers, via telephone or through our main contact inbox.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments including purchasing, design, & logistics.
  • To accurately process orders with a high attention to detail.
  • Lead the way in customer note updates on the internal system to ensure all departments are kept up to date with customer communications.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Champion the use of and compliance with the business’ Terms and Conditions.
  • Take a positive approach to solving customer requirements, look for solutions and anticipate all outcomes.
  • Develop relationships with existing partners and drive opportunities with potential customers.
