Account Manager – Education Recruitment

Location: South Wales

£30,000 – £36,000 basic + commission

Join a fast-growing education recruitment business that does things differently from a traditional agency. This role focuses on account management, growth, and retention rather than admin-heavy tasks.

The Role

  • Manage and grow a defined local patch
  • Be the main point of contact for schools in your area
  • Showcase the company’s unique offering through online and face-to-face meetings
  • Support schools with bookings and candidate selection
  • Present candidates and complete registrations as needed
  • Work closely with schools to ensure bookings are filled efficiently
  • Focus on increasing activity and usage rather than GP margins

This is a relationship-led business development role, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new accounts, expanding existing ones, and driving long-term value.
