An Individual Contributor who lives and breathes the software they build.
We're looking for a senior software engineer who still loves building software and has embraced the latest generation of AI development tools to dramatically increase their impact.
You've probably spent 10+ years writing production code. You understand software design, architecture, testing, delivery and technical trade-offs because you've lived them.
Over the last 6-18 months, you've also discovered that the way software is built is changing.
You don't just use AI to generate snippets of code. You use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot or similar as genuine engineering accelerators. You know how to break down complex problems, guide AI effectively, challenge its outputs and combine human judgement with machine-assisted execution.
You can deliver in days what previously took weeks.
