A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced AML Analyst to join its Risk & Compliance team. This role is integral to supporting the firm's global compliance framework and ensuring adherence to applicable anti-money laundering and financial crime regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct AML and CDD/KYC reviews for new and existing clients, including individuals, corporates, trusts, and complex structuresPerform risk assessments and identify potential AML, sanctions, and reputational risksReview and analyse the source of funds and source of wealth documentationCarry out ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews, and trigger event reviewsSupport enhanced due diligence (EDD) for higher risk mattersLiaise with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to resolve queries efficientlyMaintain accurate and timely records in line with regulatory and firm requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of AML policies, procedures, and controlsCandidate Profile Proven experience in an AML, KYC, or financial crime role within a law firm Strong understanding of AML regulations and risk-based approaches, ideally across multiple jurisdictionsExperience reviewing complex client structures and high-risk mattersHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with a professional and collaborative approachWhat the Firm Offers Exposure to high-profile, complex matters within a top-tier legal environmentA collaborative and professional culture with strong compliance leadershipCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunities for development and progression within risk and complianceDue to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
