Our international client is seeking to appoint a AML Review Team Manager to manage a team to perform AML quality assurance and review controls for corporate and individual customers, ensuring that all AML due diligence controls are effective, and that standard or enhanced due diligence and periodic review measures are conducted in line with legal requirements, on a risk-based approach.
You will need at least five years' experience within the finance industry and / or a certificate / diploma in business studies or equivalent, with an understanding of regulatory requirements, experience in customer quality risk reviews, as well as being an expert in AML.
Our client is looking for a candidate who can show strong attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritisation techniques, be results focussed and deadline driven. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a team, with a strong, driven mind-set for continuous improvement.
