A leading international law firm is looking to add a high-calibre Associate or Senior Associate to its growing Sydney private capital team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely international practice advising fund managers, sponsors, institutional investors and private capital clients on sophisticated cross-border matters. The team works across fund formation, private equity, investment management and broader private capital transactions, with significant collaboration across London, Asia and the US.

Ideal Background:
• Australian-qualified lawyer currently in London

• circa 3–8 PQE (flexible depending on experience)
