• Implementing behaviour management strategies and techniques to support students in regulating their emotions and behaviours

• Monitoring and documenting student progress, and regularly communicating with parents/carers to ensure a cohesive approach

• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, enabling you to effectively navigate challenging situations
• A deep understanding of child development, behaviour management, and the factors that influence student learning and well-being

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent, are highly desirable
