Role: Business Support Manager (Business Manager)

Contract: 6 Months | Hybrid (London & Manchester)

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to provide high-level support to a Director within a fast-paced, programme-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Director’s inbox and diary
• Coordinate meetings, priorities, and schedules
• Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Ensure alignment with programme goals
• Provide visibility of key activities and priorities

Requirements

• Experience supporting Director-level stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in private office or similar environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confidence to challenge and influence

Desirable

• Programme management or PMO experience
• Public sector background
