  • SALARY: Starting from 58,732.80 pa dependent on experience

    LOCATION: Milton Keynes

    HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

    HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Fixed Term Contract until December 2027. 35 hours per week

    We're looking for a Collections & Recoveries Supply Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our outsourced Collections & Recoveries operations, driving strategic change, operational efficiency and excellent customer outcomes while ensuring services remain compliant, scalable and fit for the future.
    This high-impact role will be instrumental in delivering continuous improvement across our Collections & Recoveries function, working with partners and stakeholders to enhance performance, improve customer experience and support business objectives.

    What youll be doing:

    • Leading strategic change initiatives across outsourced Collections & Recoveries operations, ensuring services remain effective, compliant and aligned to business objectives.
    • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes, drive performance improvements and support the successful delivery of operational strategy.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and commercial performance, reducing customer friction and delivering continuous improvement.
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions, manage change and ensure servicesare fit for future business needs.
    • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team to deliver against key objectives.
    • Using data, insight and performance measures to support decision-making, monitor outcomes and drive service excellence.

    Essential experience & skills

    • Proven experience leading strategic change and continuous improvement within a customer operations, collections or regulated environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
    • Experience driving operational efficiencies, service improvements and performance outcomes through data-led decision making.
    • Experience managing outsourced operations or third-party partners, driving performance and accountability against agreed objectives.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that balance customer, commercial and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver positive outcomes.

    Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)

    Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
