As an Information Officer, you will be part of a team that responds to Adult Social Care enquiries and concerns via telephone,emailand online referrals. You willbe responsible foractioning referrals andprovidinghigh-quality information,adviceand signposting.

To thrive in this exciting and rewarding role, we seek candidateswith social care and customer service experiencewhohas the ability towork as part of a team in a busy and fast paced environment.You will needgoodlistening and communication skills to build effective relationships with vulnerable adultsanddisplay a courteous and professional attitude,as well asexcellent IT skills andthe ability to analyse and prioritise work.
