We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to support our Okta platform organisation; we have ambitious growth plans in EMEA and the UKI is one of our most critical markets globally. This role will be hugely important for the UKI business in supporting that growth, but also strengthening relationships within our valued partners and maturing our approach for the future. 

As a Channel Account Manager you will...

  • Own the Okta practices for our regional reseller partners with specific focus on Softcat and CDW, Bytes & Computacenter
  • Run creative initiatives and campaigns with the aim of enhancing Okta's brand presence within these partners. 
  • Define joint, tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition while providing new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Okta go-to-market teams to coordinate activity that will drive pipeline for each specific segment.
  • Spend time weekly in our partner offices as well as our London office fostering important connections. 

We are looking for...

  • Experience owning reseller relationships within another SaaS organisation and an understanding of the distributor landscape. 
  • A track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets
  • Experience building strategic business plans for each reseller that will elevate our brand awareness and result in measurable outcomes. 
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to win hearts and minds internally and externally 
  • Ability to spend time in partner offices on a weekly basis
