£33,491 per annum | 40 hrs per week

Shift Pattern

• Two on-site kitchens | Team of 16
• Early: 05:00–13:30
• Late: 10:30–19:00
• Breakfast 07:00–08:00 | Lunch 12:00–15:00 | Dinner 17:00–18:00

• Lead the culinary operation and maintain high food standards
• Deliver quality dishes and enhance overall food service
• Create a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture
• Manage ordering, stock, waste and budgets
• Ensure excellent hygiene and full safety compliance
• Represent Compass Group UK&I professionally

• Experienced Head Chef or senior culinary lead
• Strong communicator and motivating team leader
• Proactive, organised, calm under pressure
• Customer‑focused decision making
• Passion for great food and a safety‑first mindset
