Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join our team in Hatfield.Location: HatfieldSalary: £37,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - 7am to 3.30pm Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
• To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
• To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
• You will be responsible for a small team of 2
• Serving 50-60 people on site daily, all fresh food
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
• Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
• Provide feedback and coaching on performance
• To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
• Managing daily kitchen operations, leading a culinary team, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety
