Closing Date: 24th February 2026 Contract Type: Permanent (52.2 weeks per year) Salary: £7,120 Hours: 10 hours (Monday - Friday 6pm- 8pm) Location: Strathblane Nursery An exciting opportunity has arisen within Infrastructure Delivery, at Stirling Council for a Cleaning Assistant at Strathblane Nursery School. Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, using cleaning machinery including; electric buffing machines, scrubber dryers and vacuum cleaners. They should be able to clean surfaces to head height and be prepared to work alone. Personal protective equipment, tools and training will be provided. Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for children.
