The Clerical Assistant reports to the Administrative Officer and is responsible for the effective and efficient administration support of the delivery of the repairs and maintenance functions. A key role will be to work as part of the Housing Repairs and Maintenance team and liaise with the Customer Service Hub to provide a comprehensive repairs service to customers. You should moderate experience of working withing a clerical or administrative environment with experience of assisting with the prioritising and scheduling of works. Customer care and complaints handling experience is also essential. You must be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages and excellent organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated, you should have the ability to prioritise your own workload and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. You will be employed as a hybrid worker working between home and an office base in the Civic Centre, Motherwell.
