We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Delivery function who will hold a central role in shaping cost-effective solutions for a range of exciting developments. This position offers a unique opportunity to make your mark and become a key player in our Commercial team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for analysing cost plans to ensure they meet business needs, collaborating with colleagues to align budgets with build strategies, and preparing detailed tender documentation. You'll present the tender basis, highlight key assumptions, and identify risks and opportunities, all while working closely with departments across Watkin Jones to ensure compliance with BSI/ISO building regulations and client specifications. We're looking for someone confident and experienced in the full estimating process, with strong knowledge of estimating software and excellent communication skills.
