Job Title: Commercial Project Manager

Location: Middlebrook, Cumbernauld, London

Contract and working pattern: Permanent, 37.5 hours, Hybrid – 3 days on site

What we’re looking for…

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for a number of AG Barr’s significant Commercial Project Portfolio. Managing multiple projects you will attend meetings, deal with a high volume of information, facilitate effective communication, and proactively drive projects forward to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

A demanding and multi-faceted role you will have the unique opportunity to work across various high profile and high impact projects that will support our ambitious growth plans.

Your responsibilities will include...
  • End to End Project Management:
    • Manage NPD and EPD projects all the way from inception to launch
    • Maintain a comprehensive, real-time overview of projects, including their status, timelines, dependencies and risks
    • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that all projects are progressing towards their goals and staying on schedule
    • Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and conflicts within and between projects and develop mitigation strategies
    • Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring they are efficient, productive, and focused on key actions and decisions
  • Action and Task Management:
    • Capture, document, and track all action items and decisions arising
    • Assign clear ownership for each action item to the appropriate individual or team
    • Escalate overdue or critical action items to relevant project sponsors or management
  • Resource and Stakeholder Management:
    • Help to identify and allocate resources needed for the successful execution of projects.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders, cross functionally, to ensure projects are sufficiently resourced and any gaps are highlighted
    • Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate regular status reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and resource needs
    • Use data and metrics to analyse project performance and identify areas for process improvement.
What you’ll bring…
  • Relevant Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential
  • Project management experience and delivery in an FMCG environment
