With new and exciting client mandates , this well-regarded Commercial property department in Leeds is looking to recruit two Commercial Property lawyers – one of 1 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. You will act for a number of FTSE 100 companies (including some well-known companies), as well as significant local clients, supporting a variety and full range of real estate work including the sale and purchase of substantial investment property and large-scale portfolios, investment and property management and acting for national developers and occupiers throughout a range of sectors. Working as member of some of the firm's principal client account teams, you can expect to work on a variety of market leading deals across a wide spectrum of commercial property work (including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, development & regeneration and corporate support). You will also compete with other, market-leading real estate teams pitching for the work you will be carrying out and negotiating against these firms on the transactions you work on.

You will also be expected to assist in maintaining and developing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor capable of providing timely and quality advice whilst managing expectations. Working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, you will undertake large-scale, high-value, client matters to the highest standard. This is a high performing, collegiate and busy team with a strong reputation for providing its junior Associates with early levels of responsibility within a supportive and stretching environment and therefore you can expect to take a leading role on some matters. Continuous development is valued, and you will be encouraged to engage with formal training programmes (whether technical or skills based) and draw on mentoring, coaching and leadership programmes available to you.
