Company Secretarial AdministratorAbout the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional, highly organised individual to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary, and the Secretariat team, in delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services across the LV= Group. The role is key in ensuring compliance with corporate governance, legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the Board, its committees, the Group’s subsidiaries, directors and senior executives in fulfilling their obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Have previous experience of working in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
Possess excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes.
Demonstrate previous experience in a governance or company secretarial role within financial services or insurance (desirable).
Be part-qualified or studying towards CGI qualification (desirable).
Understand SM&CR and FCA regulatory requirements (desirable).
Showcase a strong understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and the UK Corporate Governance Code (desirable).
Have experience of using Board portal software (e.g. Diligent or similar) (desirable).
Have prior experience of making statutory filings at Companies House (desirable).
Be a discreet and professional individual, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Work in a composed, diligent and reliable manner.
