We're looking for dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to join our residential team in Louth, supporting 7 people with complex learning disabilities and sensory loss. This is a permanent role with contracts available from 7 to 30 hours per week, paying from 13.00 per hour with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews.
In this role, you'll provide essential, person-centred care, supporting the people we work with to live fulfilled lives with new experiences, choices, and inclusive opportunities in their home and wider community. No two days will be the same, but every day will matter.
This is a role for someone who is confident working independently, comfortable supporting non-verbal individuals, and committed to making a genuine difference.
A full manual UK driving licence is mandatory as we have company vehicles used to take individuals to appointments, activities, and trips.
Please note: if you live outside of Louth, you will need access to your own vehicle for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport in the area.
