Contract Type: PermanentSalary: £50,000 per annumDriving Required: YesWorking Pattern: Full Time Monday to Friday (hybrid working)

About the Role:As the Contract Oversight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our contract management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Performance Management: Develop and maintain processes that ensure effective supplier management, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key suppliers and contracts.Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for the organisation.Training Development: Design and recommend training standards for contract managers to enhance their skills and competencies.Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement and Legal Services to develop standard contract terms and manage supplier debarment.Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, informing organisational strategy and risk management.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing large contracts.Expertise in developing terms and conditions for complex contracts.A solid background in commercial contract dispute resolution.Experience in establishing systems and processes for effective contract management.A knack for creating robust training programs for best practices in contract management.
