The Vacancy
Ian Farmer Associates Ltd are looking for a Contracts Manager/Supervisor responsible to the CEG Regional Manager to lead a team based at our Coventry Office. This is a full-time, permanent position. The role includes both office based and field based activities. It is expected that CM will undertake the on-site training of new site technicians, in conjunction with any additional training requirements of existing technicians.
The Construction Engineering Group (CEG), predominantly delivers services to the construction sector through a combination of structural investigations/inspections and a variety of in-situ material testing and sampling.
Responsibilities:
The Contracts Manager/Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the delivery of the In-situ materials testing within the CEG department. This includes assisting the Project administrators with the allocation of technicians, ensuring that test certificates are correctly issued and assisting with the correct allocation of invoices.
