The Role
Working with this Legal 500-ranked Corporate team, you will gain exposure to exciting and innovative work with a diverse range of clients, from FTSE100 entities to cutting-edge start-ups.
You will provide tailored solutions and expert advice on the full range of Corporate activity, including but not limited to M&A, JV, scale-ups, funding, public listings, private equity investments and restructuring.
